Project Background:
The works comprised the construction of a new 4 star Nursing Home .

Pre-Contract Involvement :

BHL was appointed to provide professional quantity surveying services. This included the preparation of detailed cost plans, the preparation of bill of quantities and the preparation of tender and contract documents

Post-Contract Involvement :

BHL will also provide post-contract professional Quantity Surveying services for the project. This will include preparation of valuations and cost, checking bonds and warranties and final account agreement.
