This fast track contract took place during a twelve-week period over Christmas and involved a total fit out to high-quality healthcare standard. Not only was the contract completed with minimal snags, the consultants moved in on time and within their budget. The contract also included remedial works to the landlord areas.

BHL acted as cost consultants and Employers Agent post tender and worked with the contractor to design and build the surgery. The final account was settled within four weeks of the practical completion certificate and within budget.
