Project Background:

The developer approached BHL Consultants with regard to managing the quantity surveying aspect of the main infrastructure works for its site in Citywest, Saggart, Co. Ireland. The main infrastructure works comprise connection to the main sewage scheme, surface water drainage and all associated roads, paths, paving and ducted services.

Pre-Contract Involvement:

BHL was appointed to provide professional quantity surveying services. This included the preparation of detailed cost plans, the preparation of bill of quantities, procurement of a main contractor and the preparation of tender documents.
