Project Background:

The works comprise the construction of 225 nr units, consisting of a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments; two and three bedroom duplex units; three and four bedroom semi detached and five bedroom detached units

Pre-Contract Involvement:

BHL was appointed to provide professional quantity surveying services. This included the preparation of detailed cost plans, the preparation of bill of quantities and the preparation of tender and contract documents.
