Establish the cost of completing and fitting out 23nr houses at the above address to a 4 star Board Failte standard and associated site works. Drainage works surveyed and report established.

BHL Role:

• Produce a cost report on the cost to finish 23nr houses and establish cost to rectify the drainage works for the houses and the associated Hotel
• Nominated contractor’s to Ernst and Young for remedial works
